The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance, Sustainability & Governance (CSG) Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will lead the development, implementation, and management of compliance frameworks, sustainability strategies, and governance practices. You will ensure we meet ISO standards, ESG requirements, and regulatory obligations, helping Boston Energy maintain the highest levels of quality, integrity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead compliance, sustainability, and governance across the business, ensuring robust policies, frameworks, and standards are in place.
* Oversee the company's Integrated Management System, ensuring ongoing ISO (9001, 45001, and GWO compliance, and manage external audits.
* Develop and deliver the internal audit programme, liaising with the HSE Manager on Health & Safety matters.
* Monitor and report on quality standards and compliance with regulations, industry frameworks, and customer requirements.
* Support Data Protection matters and contribute to customer contract reviews.
* Act as ESG lead, driving staff engagement, external validation (EcoVadis, Achilles), and sustainability reporting.
* Identify risks, monitor compliance gaps, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Manage and oversee the CSG Team, ensuring delivery of training, continual improvement, and operational excellence.
About You
We're looking for a collaborative and proactive professional with:
* Degree-level education preferred (minimum A-level standard).
* Significant experience in compliance, sustainability, and governance/risk management, ideally within energy, renewables, or infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, ISO compliance (9001, 45001, 14001), and corporate governance principles.
* Demonstrable experience of sustainability reporting and auditing.
* High ethical standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and build cross-functional relationships.
* L4 CSR Practitioner or equivalent accreditation (desirable).
