Graduate Manufacturing role
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in supporting and improving manufacturing processes. Responsibilities will include:
* Investigating and resolving issues that arise in the manufacturing process
* Supporting improvements to production methods and manufacturing technologies
* Lots of PMFEA work
* Maintaining production documentation
* Assisting with the introduction of new products into manufacturing
* Contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects
* Supporting equipment improvements
* Communicating ideas and findings clearly with colleagues across the team
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have an Engineering qualification in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and be looking to start or develop their career within manufacturing engineering.
* Strong problem‑solving skills
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Good communication and the ability to work well in a team
* Attention to detail
* Basic confidence using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
Some exposure to manufacturing environments, automation or quality systems such as ISO9001 or APQP would be beneficial, but is not essential.
