About This Role
We are seeking a District Senior Manager for our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This is your chance to lead and inspire a team while making a significant impact!
Your Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of branch managers to ensure exceptional customer and team experiences.
* Identify and recommend process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations and operational expectations.
* Determine strategies to meet regional branch objectives and drive transformational changes.
* Collaborate with partners and peers to understand business trends and execute aligned strategies.
* Manage the allocation of resources for Regional Banking effectively.
* Foster a culture of talent development to meet business objectives.
What You’ll Need
Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or Branch Network.
* 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications
* Proven experience in executing business strategies that enhance customer experience and drive growth.
* Strong management skills, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
* Ability to manage multiple locations effectively.
* Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
* Experience in managing regulatory compliance and risk.
* Adaptable coaching style that meets the diverse needs of your team.
Job Expectations
* Willingness to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $122,200.00 - $217,200.00. Pay may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
