* £15.00 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role
As a Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role within the school’s Early Years provision. Working closely with experienced teachers, you will help deliver engaging learning activities and provide high-quality support across the EYFS curriculum.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting structured learning sessions, including phonics and early literacy
* Facilitating play-based and child-led learning activities
* Promoting emotional, social, and academic development
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Supporting children’s independence and confidence as learners
We Are Looking For
* A Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential)
* Previous experience working within an EYFS or early years setting
* A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach to supporting young children
* A strong understanding of early years development and the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and creating a positive learning environment
