We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established company based in Mildenhall, who are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join their busy team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

* Day Shift – £14.50 per hour
* Night Shift – £18.85 per hour
* 40 hours paid per week
* Consistent Monday to Friday daytime – no weekends!

Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
* Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times
* Meeting daily/weekly production targets
* Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
* Previous experience setting or operating a CNC punch machine is essential (1‑2 years minimum experience)
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instruction
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Willingness to work shift patterns if required
