The Role We're seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital presence and brand strategy. This is an exciting time to join Mactech as we evolve through the implementation of our new CRM, unlocking opportunities to fill candidate positions faster using AI-driven tools and advanced analytics. You will lead initiatives to enhance our reach across LinkedIn and Facebook while expanding into platforms such as X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram to connect with new audiences. Working with cutting-edge systems such as Bullhorn or other advanced CRM platforms, you will leverage data insights to shape campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your efforts will directly support our recruitment teams, enabling them to engage top talent and strengthen client relationships through targeted, high-impact marketing. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and candidate engagement. Refresh and maintain website content, ensuring SEO best practices and alignment with Mactech's brand voice. Develop compelling content, blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership pieces to showcase our expertise. Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM reporting dashboards, presenting insights and optimisations to the team. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive lead generation, candidate attraction, and overall business growth. Leverage advanced CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn) and AI-driven tools to identify and engage high-quality candidates more efficiently. Expand Mactech's market presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and emerging platforms. Social Media Management Own and manage content strategy, posting, and engagement across LinkedIn and Facebook. Drive expansion into emerging platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and others to reach wider candidate and client audiences. Create, schedule, and monitor posts, ensuring timely and professional engagement with followers. Use analytics tools and CRM integrations to track performance, measure ROI, and refine strategy for maximum impact. Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver targeted social campaigns that support live vacancies and talent attraction goals. Stay ahead of social media trends, innovations, and best practices-particularly within the energy, nuclear, and regulated sectors-to keep Mactech's content fresh and competitive. Person Specification Essential Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years' relevant experience with digital marketing and social media. Solid understanding of SEO, digital campaigns, and analytics. Proficiency with social media tools, content creation, and visual design (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). Exceptional written communication, organisational skills, and keen attention to detail. Ability to work with staff across multiple locations, using Teams for meetings and presentations. Desirable Experience within the energy, nuclear, or regulated sectors - ideal but not essential. Familiarity with UK marketing, compliance, and data protection (e.g., GDPR). Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress), email platforms (Mailchimp), or CRM systems.
