I am currently recruiting for a MaintenanceTechnician for my client in Poole.
For the role of Maintenance Technician you will have a good knowledge and understanding of mechanical/Hydraulic and electrical drawings.
Key tasks and responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:
* Candidate to have strong electrical bias and be able to electrically test, repair, inspect and fault find wiring and installations
* Candidate to have knowledge and understanding of the plastic process industry with Hydraulics and pneumaticexperience.
* To identify and report on agreed key machine performance indicators on a regular periodical basis, understand and analyse data collated and to incorporate resultant actions into a preventative maintenance program.
* To contribute to the companies continuous improvement initiatives and where appropriate, identify and implement continuous initiatives pertaining to the role.
* To effectively monitor and organise allavailable resources whichhave been assignedactive duty.
* To ensure maintenance targets are met in compliance with health and safety.
The ideal Candidate will have served a formal apprenticeship within either an electrical/Mechanical or hydraulic qualification
Experience of hydraulics/pneumaticand PLC work
This is a Weekend Shift so the hours are Friday to Monday 6am - 16.30pm
