Telephone Assistant – Office-Based Location: Worcester (WR3) Salary: £27,000 per annum (£12.21 p/h weekdays, £15.00 p/h Saturdays) Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week Shifts: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday mornings, 1 in 8 max) Type: Permanent, office-based only Are you confident on the phone, full of personality, and ready to be part of a brilliant, fast-paced team? We’re working with a fantastic Worcester-based business who are growing fast and looking for a Virtual Assistant to support their national client base. You’ll be joining a tight-knit team providing call handling, diary management, customer service and PA support for over 250 clients across all kinds of industries – from trades to law firms.
