We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturing company based in Snetterton, Norfolk.
Due to their continued growth and success, they are seeking to employ a Late Shift Warehouse Supervisor.
Working Hours
1. Monday – Friday
2. 1pm – 10pm
Duties Will Include
3. Picking and packing furniture and furnishings ready for loading
4. Handover from morning shift to late shift
5. Ensure all aisles and picking areas are clean and tidy at the end of the shift
6. Ensure items are dispatched with 100% accuracy, no picking errors
7. Ensure products picked are not damaged and packaging is suitable
8. Ensure health & safety standards are always maintained
9. Take responsibility for performance and behaviours
10. Be comfortable delegating tasks to the team
11. Loading and safely packing furniture onto 3.5-ton delivery box vans
12. Keep inside of vans clean and tidy ready for the next load
