Job description
Our client, a prominent player in the defence sector, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a focus on Process Harmonisation to join their team on a contract basis in Frimley. Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse and harmonise business processes to support strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
3. Develop and present clear business cases for change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
4. Utilise business intelligence tools to gather and interpret data, driving informed decision-making.
5. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate findings.
6. Assist in the development of process documentation and training materials.
7. Monitor and report on the progress of harmonisation initiatives, ensuring objectives are met.
8. Champion best practices in process management and business analysis within the team.
Job Requirements:
9. Experience in business change management, particularly within the defence sector.
10. Proficiency in business intelligence tools and methodologies.
11. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
