Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning. Manage the annual audit process and prepare all audit materials. Oversee statutory filings including VAT, pensions and payroll support. Provide financial insight for strategic projects and senior decision making. Monitor departmental budgets and flag issues early. Improve finance systems and processes with the IT team. Maintain strong relationships with external advisers and keep the business compliant with financial regulations.
