Job Description
We’re seeking a Test & Validation Engineer to lead Design Verification & Validation (DVV) activities across multiple systems and full vehicle platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all test activities are accurately executed, fully traceable, and compliant with engineering and quality standards.
Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, validated products that meet performance, reliability, and safety expectations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Lead and coordinate whole vehicle and subsystem test activities, ensuring accurate, safe, and compliant execution.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive Design Verification Plans (DVPs) covering all validation activities.
* Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
* Document, review, and report test results in line with quality and regulatory requirements.
* Analyse and interpret test data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
* Support test reviews, audits, and continuous improvement of verification processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including design, quality, and reliability — to resolve technical issues and enhance test coverage.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product testing, validation, or verification engineering.
* Proven experience with whole vehicle testing, including integration and system-level validation.
* Experience developing and managing Design Verification Plans (DVPs) and related documentation.
* Skilled in data analysis and test reporting using tools such as MATLAB, Excel, or dedicated test management systems.
* Familiar with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Polarion) and test management software (e.g., TestLink, HP ALM).
* Strong understanding of system validation methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
