Are you an experienced Property Services Manager looking for a dynamic leadership role where you can shape service delivery, improve housing stock, and lead a dedicated team in making a difference to the community? THIS ROLE IS AVAILABLE AS EITHER AN INTERIM OR PERMANENT OPTION The Role: * Lead the delivery of high-quality housing operations services including responsive repairs, cyclical maintenance, planned works, and voids management across a portfolio of 5,000 homes. * Manage a team of operational managers and be responsible for a £7m budget and over 10 key service contracts, ensuring excellent service delivery, compliance, and value for money. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee procurement and performance management of key contractors, ensuring services are efficient, customer-focused, and fully compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements. * Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence. * Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs effectively, using data and insight to drive service improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the Strategic Asset Management team to support energy efficiency programmes and decarbonisation initiatives. What We’re Looking For: * An experienced property services professional with a proven track record in managing housing repairs, voids, planned works, and contract management within the social housing sector. * Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams. * Excellent knowledge of social housing regulations, health and safety legislation, procurement, and financial management. * A collaborative, customer-focused individual with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications Required: * Significant operational management experience within housing repairs and maintenance. * Professional qualifications such as CIH, RICS, or equivalent (desirable). * Full UK driving licence and access to own transport. * Evidence of CPD and commitment to ongoing professional development.
