Working across the full People & Organisational Development function, the role offers exposure to a wide range of activity including People systems optimisation, process improvement, reporting and dashboard development, compliance reporting and organisational change initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence how people systems and workflows operate across EPNE, helping to improve efficiency, enhance employee experience and support evidence-based decision-making. This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo, so is ideal for someone who is curious, solutions-focused and motivated by continuous improvement. The role also offers excellent professional development opportunities, including experience of system administration, process automation, data quality management, stakeholder collaboration and change implementation. The postholder will work closely with People & Payroll, e-recruitment and learning management systems, alongside reporting and dashboard tools, while building expertise in people analytics, systems integration and organisational development practices. Essential Skills & ExperienceExperience of working with HR/People systems (Ideally Midland HR), databases or HRIS platforms. Experience producing and analysing management information, reports and dashboards. Proven experience in systems management, process improvement, and MI reporting Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and insights. Experience of improving processes, systems or ways of working to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Good understanding of data accuracy, GDPR and handling confidential information. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
