Job: Digital Consumer Experience Manager
Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days in the office in Basingstoke

The Digital Consumer Experience Manager ensures the company’s digital presence is engaging, informative, user-friendly, and supportive. This role partners with cross-functional teams to keep the website current, effective, and aligned with business priorities. The remit covers the Northern European Hub, including the UK and Nordic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop the website strategy and roadmap for the Northern European Hub.
* Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of website content, including adaptation of global materials and creation of locally relevant content.
* Partner with creative agencies to manage asset development, ensuring global content is effectively localised and new materials deliver strong impact.
* Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to maintain full compliance across all content.
* Work with BI&A teams while retaining ownership of website measurement, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimisation.
* Work closely with IT and global web teams to maintain platform performance and alignment.
* Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Market Research, Communications, Digital, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to enhance website experiences for key audiences such as healthcare professionals, job seekers, and corporate users.
* Track external trends and adjust website strategy accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree
* 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing with a focus on websites
* Experience within a healthcare/ pharmaceutical environment
* Proven project management experience (certification preferred)
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
* Solid understanding of consumer insights, planning tools, and data-driven content strategy
* Experience working with creative, media, or digital agencies
* High proficiency in analysing digital performance data and extracting actionable insights
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
