Salary: £32,000 - 38,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in IT support. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (a company van may be provided, depending on experience). Must live within approximately one hour’s commute of our Buxton office. Solid technical knowledge and a passion for problem-solving. Desirable experience in the following areas: Customer communication via phone and email. Windows 10/11 desktop support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and Intune. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals — DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN. Experience with VoIP systems. Knowledge of on-premises Windows Server technologies (Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy). Familiarity with Wi-Fi technologies (Ubiquiti preferred). Experience with NAS devices (Synology preferred). Firewall configuration and management (DrayTek and pfSense preferred). Endpoint security management (ESET preferred). Experience with Cyber Essentials is an advantage.
