This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of development and infrastructure projects across the South East, with a strong focus on highways, drainage, and SuDS design.
The Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will:
Lead and deliver civil engineering designs for highways, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
Develop surface water management strategies and SuDS designs.
Produce detailed design drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
Manage project delivery, budgets, and client communication.
Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Liaise with local authorities, utility companies, and key stakeholders.
Contribute to BIM and digital design development where applicable.
About You
You will ideally have:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Chartered or working toward CEng / IEng status (ICE or equivalent).
Strong experience in highways and drainage design (Section 38/104/278).
Proficiency with industry software such as MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, Civil 3D, PDS, or similar.
A solid understanding of SuDS principles and current UK design standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
