Stones Young Sales & Lettings is a multi-award winning customer service focused busy estate agent.
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator for our busy Clitheroe office.
Role Responsibilities:
* Dealing with all enquiries via email, telephone and face to face.
* Arranging viewing appointments, obtaining feedback, updating clients and software.
* Accompanying viewings
* Preparing property details for listing on property portals
* Negotiating offers, qualifying buyers and agreeing sales.
* Liaising with solicitors in conducting sales progression
* Offering an efficient, proactive and high level of customer service to all clients.
* Creating rapport and building relationships with all new and existing clients.
* Supporting the branch manager in driving business growth and market share
* Potential for progression for valuations and photography
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years Estate Agency Sales Negotiator role.
* An understanding of the residential sales market.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Self motivated, ambitious and with a passion to succeed.
* Full driving license with own car.
* This is an exciting and demanding job role and one which will be incredibly rewarding.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am - 3pm (with a day off during the week in lieu)
Salary:
Up to £28,000 basic (depending on experience).
Team bonus scheme - OTE potential £35,000
