Compensation and Benefits
* Up to £70,000 (Total reward package)
* Welcome Bonus: £5,000 (on completion of probation and OFSTED registration acceptance)
* Occupancy Bonus: up to £5,000 pa, based on occupancy and quality
* Longevity reward: £5,000 after 3 years of service

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and dedicated Registered Manager to manage a home in a unique setting during a period of real company growth. We'll give you all the support you need to lead and develop your team to create a loving, stable environment to ensure each young person is achieving positive outcomes and learning experiences.
Exceptional Care is a therapeutic children’s service providing care and support to children and young people aged 8-17, from complex backgrounds, who display challenging behaviour and EBD. We are an independent social care organisation with multiple residential units across the North West of England. We’re seeking a talented Children’s Registered Home Manager to join us on our exciting journey, based at one of our Children’s Homes in Preston.
Qualifications
* Required Criteria
o Full UK Manual Driving Licence
o 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting dealing with children with complex needs at senior level (you could be an outstanding Deputy Manager looking for progression)
o Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
* Desired Criteria
o Level 5 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
o Previous Ofsted rating of GOOD or Outstanding
* Skills
o NVQ L3 / L4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce
o UK Driving Licence
* Desired Skills
o NVQ L5 Leadership and Management
