Pertemps are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Royal Mail – one of the UK’s most trusted and iconic brands – for Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join their dedicated team based in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and administration skills to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment at the heart of Royal Mail’s customer operations.
Your main duties will include:
* Dealing with vehicle repair requests via email, deciding on the quickest and most cost-effective repair route
* Inbox management
* Database management
* Arranging vehicle movements
* VOR chasing (vehicle off the road)
Desirable Experience:
* Motor claims experience
* Experience working within the accident repair industry
* Experience working within a Fleet environment
Essential Experience
* Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook
* Experience working in a fast-paced administrative team
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Ability to work off own initiative
Other Information:
* Working Hours: You will be required to work a mixture of shifts between 6am – 2pm, 7am – 3pm and 8am – 4pm. Your hours will be worked across Monday – Friday, however there will also be a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, which will be rota’ d. The role will require you to be based in the office at least 3 days per week, however you will need to spend the full week in the office during your training.
* Pay Rate: £12.98 with the option of weekly or monthly.
* Duration of Assignment: Temporary ongoing.
