POSITION We are recruiting for a full‑time Sales Associate for our store in Westfield. This fantastic opportunity joins a strong business with ambitious yet realistic growth plans. The position is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets and reporting results to the Store Manager. You will continuously improve service quality and ensure store ambiance aligns with corporate identity.


Key Accountabilities

* Customer satisfaction – Providing an outstanding service that creates a positive experience for the customer and generates loyalty in a happy working environment.
* Consistently show a genuine desire to help customers.
* Establish and promote customer loyalty using company tools such as mailing list cards and customer books.
* Provide extra information and go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
* When a product is not available, always offer alternatives.
* Deal with complaints in a professional manner by passing them to the manager.
* Product knowledge – Outstanding knowledge of the product, reflecting on the quality of the service provided.
* Excellent knowledge of trends and fabrics (composition, terminology, garment care, styles, etc.).
* Maximize the potential of the product to create sales.
* Drive sales – Good knowledge of the business that provides growth in sales.
* Give feedback to the Store Manager about what is selling.
* Build a regular client base.
* Aware of best and slow sellers to improve general sales.
* Maintain safety, security, and integrity – Follow all procedures, keep aisles and stockroom safe, and act against unsafe behaviours.
* Follow all procedures for loss prevention and take action to reduce shrink.
* Treat all associates and customers with respect.


PROFILE

* Minimum of 2 years of progressively retail experience in a luxury/contemporary brand.
* Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer.
* Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively.
* Contribute to an inclusive culture of diverse styles and talents working toward a clear purpose.
* Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognizing and reacting to the changing business environment.
* Love working with international clients.
* Proficient level in English.
