Purpose

Within IDEMIA Public Security – Travel and Transport Business Unit, we are currently looking for a Business Developer UKI to lead the growth plan over the region for the travel and transportation business line. Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe Travel and Transportation, this role is a true commercial partnership and a driving force in executing the growth plan, with responsibility over UKI.

Key Missions

* Responsible for all commercial deals and opportunities in the UKI region, with a defined GTM strategy to create a solid qualified pipeline.
* Appraise existing sales performance and coordinate marketing and sales efforts to maximize resources.
* Negotiate and hold the commercial position for IDEMIA in UKI.
* Market and sell IDEMIA’s capabilities in accordance with budgeted objectives to maximize profitability.
* Participate and lead in developing new project proposals.
* Supervise the development of marketing and communication materials.
* Represent and promote the company at community and business meetings.
* Prepare, issue, and deliver sales materials, exhibits, and promotions.
* Establish and implement short and long-term objectives, policies, and procedures.

Profile & Other Information

To succeed, candidates should have:

* Minimum 10 years’ experience in selling technology solutions and significant commercial experience.
* Background in Travel & Transportation and/or Public sector with relevant networks.
* Experience in biometrics is preferred.
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
