Pay Rate:£15.74 per hour
Hours:Monday to Friday, 4am starts (45 hours per week)
Shift Pattern:Days | MonFri
Overtime:Available (ADHOC)
About the Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you'll be responsible for collecting trade waste from commercial customers across the region, ensuring all driving regulations and paperwork requirements are followed.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles to collect and deliver trade waste.
* Ensure all paperwork for collections and deliveries is completed accurately.
* Report any delays due to breakdowns, traffic, or weather conditions.
* Record contaminated loads and access issues.
* Complete daily timesheets accurately.
* Work independently or assist the onboard crew with waste loading as needed.
Requirements
* ValidHGV Class 2 licence(Class CE licence beneficial).
* ValidTachograph CardandCPC qualification.
* Good local area knowledge of Wirral and surrounding routes.
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
