Hours: Could be 07:00 AM - 15:00 PM or 15:00 PM - 23:00 PM
Rate:£400 Per Shift + Travel and Lodge Allowance
Duration: Long-Term Work
MUST HAVE:
* Black or Gold CSCS Card
* SMSTS Certification
* 3-Day First Aid Certificate
* Proven experience in tunnelling and heavy civil engineering
* Strong communication and leadership skills

Foundation Personnel are currently looking on behalf of a Tier 1 Contractor foraSite Agenton amajor tunnelling infrastructure project based in Leiston, Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled team delivering complex underground works in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day site operations for tunnelling activities (TBM, SCL, NATM, Pipe Jacking, etc.)
* Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards
* Plan and monitor project timelines, construction schedules, and workforce deployment
* Supervise direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring effective task allocation and high productivity
* Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and procurement teams to align project components
* Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and regular HSEQ inspections
* Monitor and report on site progress, incidents, delays, and risk management to the Project Manager
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and third parties to ensure clear communication and project goals are met
* Support budget tracking, cost control, and resource management
* Maintain accurate site documentation including permits, inspections, quality records, and site diaries
