We are currently recruiting for an Aviation Operations Coordinator to join the G4S team, working for a well-known site at London Heathrow Airport. Contract Information: Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Full-time, rotating shifts, 6am to 6pm, 8am to 8pm, 10am to 10pm A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required. Due to the nature of this role, all candidates will be asked to provide references covering the last 5 years of employment. Candidates must be willing to undergo a DBS and CTC check. Your Time at Work As an Aviation Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for: - Staff Rosters and Deployment: Ensure accurate and efficient roster management to formulate rosters and staff attendance in advance, as well as planning and reacting to operational/flight changes and staff changes due to annual leave, training and unplanned absence. - Operational Control: Coordinate day-to-day aviation security operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment.
