What you'll be doing: Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK legislation, HMRC, and pension auto-enrolment. Handling client queries promptly and professionally. Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.). Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvements in processes.What we're looking for: Previous experience in a payroll role (bureau experience is desirable but not essential). Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confident communicator with the ability to build positive client relationships.
