Linux Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Linux Technical Support Engineer. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing all levels of support, administration, and customer service to end users.
You will work across both hardware and software platforms, gaining hands-on experience in Linux systems, enterprise storage, networking, and automation within a high-performance environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain Linux-based systems (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky/Ubuntu)
* Troubleshoot server, storage, application, and networking issues for global clients.
* Contribute to hardware/software installations, configurations, and deployments.
* Document resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledgebase.
* Learn and assist with enterprise storage systems, including distributed filesystems
* Support basic networking (VLANs, routing, switch configuration).
* Automation tools (SaltStack) and scripting (Bash/Python) — training provided.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an IT support role, service desk, or infrastructure support.
* Confident with Linux command line and basic system administration.
* Exposure to networking, storage, or virtualisation is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills for working with technical teams and end users.
