Key Responsibilities: As one of four Duty Managers (working 12 hour shifts, alternating days & nights, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern), you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth running of our airport parking services operation. With 46,000 parking spaces, a mix of permanent/agency staff (ranging from 40 to 100 per shift) and three key products (North Terminal, South Terminal and Gatwick Holiday Parking), this is a role that places you at the operational heart of one of Europe's most dynamic transport hubs. You'll also be working closely with the busing operations team to maintain seamless passenger journeys.
