Residential Property Manager - Fixed term contract until November 2026
Purpose of Role
As a Residential Property Manager, you will expertly manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties in Central London. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional living experiences for tenants while maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the highest standards in property management.
Context of Opportunity / Main Accountabilities
1. Manage a diverse mix of tenancy types, including Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs), contractual, regulated, and handbook-governed tenancies
2. Welcome tenants and build positive relationships from the start of their tenancy
3. Oversee both reactive and proactive maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
4. Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements (EPC, EICR, PAT testing, gas safety, etc.)
6. Manage works: obtain quotes, liaise with contractors, sign off completed jobs
7. Prepare void units for marketing and re-letting, conduct weekly inspections during vacant periods
8. Arrange access for inspections and works, maintain accurate records
9. Collaborate with the credit control team to ensure prompt rent payments and manage arrears
