Role We’re looking for a talented Clinic Network Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team and play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across Medivet’s clinic networks. Acting as marketing partner to Network Directors, Partners, and clinicians, this role develops tailored, insight-led marketing plans and enables hyper-local activation to attract, retain, and deepen client relationships. Key Responsibilities Clinic Network Marketing Planning & Growth Develop insight-led marketing plans for assigned networks aligned to growth targets and Partner and clinic commercial priorities. Identify network-level and clinic growth opportunities using data, competitive insight, and clinic feedback. Translate insights into actionable plans and briefs for Marketing Support Centre channel specialists. Monitor activity performance and support continuous optimisation and reporting to network, Partner and clinic leaders. Activates hyper-local tactical marketing to support clinic specific opportunities or challenges. Support launches and priority initiatives including clinic launches, partner onboarding and network-nominated clinics. Identify and support local community, sponsorship, and event opportunities. Clinic Marketing Service & Portal Adoption Ensure the upkeep of the Clinic Marketing Portal so self-serve marketing templates, toolkits and collateral, print, merch, event support etc are up to date to enable clinics to activate their own marketing plans. Respond to Clinic Network Marketing Support requests via the clinic ticketing system for new tool kits, updates to templates etc. Drive adoption of the Clinic Network Marketing Portal and self-serve toolkits. Provide governance/guidance to clinics on brand consistency and local marketing quality standards Relationship & Stakeholder Management Act as the trusted marketing advisor to Network Directors, Partners, and clinic leadership teams. Build strong, credible partnerships with clinics to understand local priorities, opportunities, and barriers. Influence clinic leaders and support them to adopt marketing best practice and tools. Lead regular check-ins and field visits with network and clinic teams. Collaboration with Marketing Support Centre Work with channel specialists across PR, social, digital performance, CRM, website and brand. Ensure briefs are clear, insight-led, and aligned to growth objectives. Represent network and clinic needs within central marketing planning. Skills & Experience Required 5 years in marketing, ideally supporting multi-site, healthcare, retail or franchise environments. Strong ability to develop insight-led regional or local marketing plans. Commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into marketing strategy and activity. Strategic relationship builder with experience influencing senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of marketing and media channels and local marketing activation. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Gravitas, confidence, and credibility when engaging with Network Directors, clinicians, Partners and other key stakeholders.
