Our client is an engineering company, looking to add an additional member to their team as a CNC Setter/Programmer.
This is a permanent position in a friendly team which will be site based.
The successful candidate will be competent at programming CNC machinery or setting CNC machinery as well as adjusting cutting paths and setting. The ideal candidate will be able to train new employees on how to operate machinery.
Details - CNC Setter/Programmer
In return for your commitment, you can expect:
£15p/h - £20p/h
8AM - 4PM
Monday-Friday (Early finish on a Friday)
38.5 Hour week
20 Days Holiday, plus Bank Holidays (with 1 day per year increase)
Bonus scheme awarded twice a year
As a CNC Setter/Programmer, you will….
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Perform basic machine maintenance
Adjust machine cutting paths
Perform quality tests
