Overview
We are seeking to appoint a M&E Contracts Manager within the Facilities Management section of Property Services.
The M&E Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all Hard FM contracts across the Facilities Management Team are fit for purpose. Ranging in value from £10k to £2m, you will ensure that they are procured in accordance with Corporate Procurement Guidelines and best practice, and that they provide value for money for the Authority. Ensure all buildings maintained meet with mandatory and statutory requirements through procuring various services and/or contracts. You will also be responsible for the operational management of a number of contracts, ensuring a high performing service is delivered from our suppliers.
We Are Looking For Someone With
* Significant experience in delivering FM based services.
* External provider account management skills to represent CYC as a single point of contact.
* A competent administrator capable of working on their own initiative.
* A good understanding of a financial management system particularly raising orders to and paying external providers invoices.
* Good interpersonal skills able to communicate at all levels.
