About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join an exceptional Primary School in Stockport. This role involves working within Key Stage 1 (KS1) and includes responsibilities for supporting SEND students. Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities. Prepare learning materials and manage classroom resources.
2. SEND Support: Work closely with SEND students to provide the necessary support. Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
3. Learning Environment: Help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students. Promote the school's high standards and values through daily interactions.
Requirements
* Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous experience working with KS1 students, particularly those with SEND.
* Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
