Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a PLM Business Coordinator to be based at our customer site in Gaydon.
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will sit within our PLM department and support the Process deployment team for new toolset. The main purpose of the role is to organise the deployment of Dassault PLM systems to our automotive customer. You will be a point of contact for advising on process change and impact to the business.
Key Accountabilities
·Describing and communicating impact of process changes on business roles and relationship to user access within the tools
·Identifying stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities
·Support onboarding of Early Adopters and Super Users
·Conducting business change impact assessment with relevant senior stakeholders in preparation of a deployment
·Creating stakeholder communication and engagement plans, and supporting the communication of these to relevant End Users
·Supporting business interactions with matched pair Process Leads and key stakeholders in the development of global business processes
·Ensure global business processes maintain alignment with the overall Transformation Process Architecture and are compliant with set regulations and standards
·Develop, create and maintain reporting and management information on the development of global business processes maturity
