They are currently seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Property Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
You’ll be managing a prestigious portfolio of Grade A office and retail assets in Central London. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional property management across rent collection, service charge budgeting, and tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of a Central London commercial portfolio
* Rent collection and arrears management
* Service charge budgeting and reconciliation
* Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
* Ensuring the highest standards of asset performance and compliance
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Ideally MRICS qualification, but strong experience also considered
* Proven background in commercial property management
* Expertise in rent collection and service charge management
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-led approach
