We’re looking for a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Manager to take ownership of customer communications, retention strategies and lifecycle marketing activity across multiple brands.
A snapshot of the role
* Lead the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer lifecycle campaigns
* Build automated customer journeys and retention activity
* Manage campaign planning, segmentation, testing and performance analysis
* Develop personalised communications to improve customer engagement and loyalty
* Monitor CRM performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
* Support promotional campaigns, launches and seasonal marketing activity
* Collaborate with external agencies and platform providers where required
What you’ll bring to the table
* Previous experience within a CRM Manager or Email Marketing role
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
* Experience using CRM and email marketing platformsConfident analysing campaign data and performance metrics
* A good understanding of segmentation, automation and customer journeys
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Creative thinking combined with a commercial mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
