Global Selling ("GS") is a segment of Global E-Commerce enable sellers to launch a global business on TikTok Shop, to reach the TikTok community and to sell products around the world. The experience is fulfilled by B2C small parcel direct mailing or local warehouse. By offering the "Full Service by TikTok Shop" Model, the "Global Seller Self-Service" Model and any other business models (Apparel 1P Model, made available to sellers, we aim to unleash business growth potential of our sellers and to provide better shopping experience for our community. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for the optimization of the experience of the EU creator and agency of the e-commerce business, including but not limited to acquisition, growth, and fulfillment, etc. Ensure/secure resources for agency&creator growth and development in close collaboration with them; - Provide ongoing 1v1/group support and training to local creators/agencies to improve their e-commerce performance including short videos and livestreams, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/trainings/data analysis to creators in line with global policies and local strategy; - Be responsible for the data tracking, strategy making and the target achievements.
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of working in talent management divisions of e-commerce creator agencies or MCNs; - Familiar with creator recruitment and agency management, as well as the monetization of the creators. Being familiar with e-commerce business will be a plus; - Fluent in Chinese is required for this role as the role needs to closely partner with agencies in China. Additional language skills in French or Spanish is a great advantage as the role also requires partnership with some agencies in France and Spain. Preferred Qualifications - Good communication and presentation skills, good at cross-team communication and collaboration. E-commerce platform heavy user; - Curiosity, in-depth thinking, and discovering the nature of the problem. - Sensitive to data, with basic data analysis skills.
