Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit an Accounts Coordinator to join their team in Bridge of Don on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a great opportunity for someone currently available or available at short notice to join a well-established organisation. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in WIP and job costing as these are essential for this role. The Opportunity Key responsibilities include: Overseeing WIP, job costing and project reconciliations Supporting month-end close and financial reporting Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocation Managing invoicing, credit control and supplier queries Assisting with continuous improvements to processes and reporting Background and Experience You will be an outgoing and communicative self starter who can demonstrate: Solid experience in a similar Accounts or Project Finance role Strong working knowledge of WIP and job costing Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Confident working independently and within a small team Flexibility and Benefits Flexibility around start and finish times A friendly and collaborative working environment within a great company Next Steps If you are interested in taking the next step in your career, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
