The Firm:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Partner to join a growing, entrepreneurial West-End firm with big plans.
This Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked practice competes with much larger firms while maintaining a genuinely collaborative culture. With recent Partner hires from Top 50 and Top 100 firms, new Central London offices, and plans to double in size, the firm is entering a significant growth phase.
The Role:
You will:
* Lead on high-quality Commercial Litigation matters
* Oversee a similar number of support staff
* Play a key role in the strategic growth of the disputes team
This is a genuine leadership position offering autonomy, visibility, and a clear route to equity.
The Candidate:
* 8+ years’ PQE, qualified in England & Wales
* Strong academic background
* Majority of experience in commercial/general litigation within a small to mid-sized firm
* Proven supervision and leadership experience
* Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Clear, confident communicator with strong business development ability
* A following is desirable
