What You'll Do:
* Building a trusting, respectful relationships.
* Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and community access.
* Encouraging interests and introducing new activities.
* Working with colleagues and PBS leads to reduce behaviours of concern.
* Providing consistent, structured support to build J’s independence over time.
What We're Looking For:
* Have experience in the care/support sector.
* Understand or have worked with individuals with complex needs, behaviours that challenge and mental health.
* Be patient, proactive, and pragmatic.
* Work well as part of a close-knit team.
* Be consistent and dependable — stability.
* Experience working with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities.
Available Shifts & Work Patterns:
* Day shifts/Sleeping Nights: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
* Part-time work available (typically 1–3 shifts per week).
* We cannot offer split shifts due to the structure and consistency needed for J.
* Waking Nights: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
