As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you’ll be central to our manufacturing operations—championing excellence and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety and performance. Tackle complex manufacturing and quality challenges, collaborating across departments to develop and enhance processes and controls. Lead investigations into non-conforming products, drive corrective and preventive actions, and support new product introductions through robust inspection plans and validation documentation. Partner with area teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives—ranging from Design of Experiments and process optimization to quality system enhancements and introduction of statistical and non-statistical process controls. Analyze returned products, refine local procedures, and influence decisions that directly impact the quality and reliability of our medical devices. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role means being a proactive problem solver with a strong technical foundation. You’ll need to be confident working across teams and passionate about driving quality improvements. A solid technical background with excellent problem-solving skills Experience in Quality and/or Engineering roles (project experience is a plus) Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 (preferred) Six Sigma Green Belt certification and ISO 13485 lead auditor training (preferred) Strong analytical abilities, clear communication skills, and confidence managing multiple priorities A degree in quality, science, engineering, or business management You.
