Senior Strategic Account Manager - DeFi at Chainlink Labs. This role focuses on nurturing and enhancing relationships with strategic partners in the top DeFi protocols, understanding partner requirements, facilitating product integration, and delivering high-quality account management support.

Your Impact
* Establish a comprehensive account management plan covering community engagement, DAO governance, delegate outreach, product integration, and roadmap alignment.
* Undertake new business development to continue acquiring DeFi protocols for Chainlink.
* Create and oversee the structure for the account management plan.
* Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Grow product usage of existing offerings.
* Incorporate user feedback to help product teams generate new features and products to drive satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
* 3+ years of account, new business, and/or relationship management in technical environments, with experience managing large and complex accounts and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of web3 / blockchain technology and strong experience with DeFi (including hands-on DeFi experience).
* Ability to read code, engage in technical conversations, and navigate large-scale software projects is highly desirable.
* Presales experience with strong business acumen and experience driving commercial negotiations.
* 2+ years of experience working with decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain technology.
* Ability to travel 20%+
Preferred
* Experience in other non-EVM ecosystems.
* Strong experience navigating DAOs.
All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based. If needed, overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
