About the Role (Key Responsibilities)
As an Internal Sales Manager, you will play a central role in supporting sales activity across the business from an office-based position near Kettering. Working closely with senior leadership and external sales colleagues, you will help drive customer engagement, manage enquiries, and support tender and compliance activity.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound and outbound customer communication via telephone and email
Supporting tender submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires, and compliance documentation
Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records within the customer relationship management system
Following up quotations to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
Coordinating customer feedback and reporting key insights
Providing internal marketing and administrative sales support
