Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Negotiator located in Bawtry, Doncaster. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing property sales and lettings, liaising with clients and potential buyers, negotiating offers, conducting property viewings, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and contributing to marketing activities.
Qualifications
* Sales and Estate Agents skills
* Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
* Experience in Lettings
* Excellent negotiation abilities and sales-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in property management software is a plus
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
