Responsibilities
* Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues and work on the vehicles to get them back on the road, or ensure the vehicle goes back to the workshop if repair is required.
* Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
* Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
* As the face of the business, deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred; Level 2 considered. Equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds, IMI or NVQ are acceptable.
* Minimum 2 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 7 points or bans.
* Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
