Kickstart your Building Surveying career with our comprehensive two-year program. Designed specifically for graduates, this program provides the support and experience needed to successfully navigate the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Building Surveying pathway.
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
* Conducting building inspections and surveys,
* Preparing detailed reports on building condition and defects,
* Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates,
* Communicating with clients and stakeholders,
* Supporting project teams in the delivery of building projects.

Qualifications:
* Academic Credentials: A RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum),
* Technical Acumen: An understanding of the technical aspects of building surveying, coupled with a genuine interest in the real estate and built environment.
