Manufacturing Supervisor | £37,000£47,000 Full-time, Permanent Were working with a well-established local manufacturing firm thats continuing to grow, and theyre on the lookout for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in fabrication who enjoys being hands-on, keeping things organised, and making sure projects run like clockwork. Youll be right in the middle of it all coordinating between design, production, and customers to make sure everything moves smoothly from concept to delivery. If youve got solid experience in fabrication methods and production planning, this could be your next move. This is a varied, fast-paced role where youll be taking responsibility for both people and process. Youll be: Planning and managing production schedules to ensure deadlines are met Ordering and tracking materials to keep projects on course Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations Supporting design and production teams to ensure products are manufacturable and cost-effective Maintaining quality standards and resolving production issues quickly Driving improvements in efficiency, workflow, and overall production quality What were looking for Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Understanding of fabrication techniques welding, machining, cutting, bending, and assembly Experience using 3D design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise competing tasks A practical problem-solver who enjoys improving processes Whats in it for you Salary between £37,000£47,000 depending on experience Company pension Private medical insurance Health & wellbeing programme Want to find out more?
