Job Title: UX Designer (Mid, Senior, Lead)

Pay: £40,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the job:
You will join an elite, multidisciplinary User Experience team dedicated to creating world-class digital solutions for secure government customers. This isn't just about making things look good; it's about applying rigorous User-Centred Design (UCD) methodologies to solve complex, high-pressure challenges. From the initial research phase through to implementation, you will ensure that technical feasibility and business objectives never compromise the user's ability to perform mission-critical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Create user-friendly, innovative design solutions that address complex national security challenges.
Develop and present design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and visual presentations.
Evaluate and improve existing digital products with a focus on usability, inclusivity, and accessibility.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions, including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conducting knowledge sharing and mentoring junior staff.
Advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals and presenting research-backed solutions to clients.
