Fantastic opportunity for an established Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join an ambitious and growing SaaS business on a part-time basis.

As they scale, they are looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to oversee financial management and provide strategic guidance to support sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and align strategies with company goals.
The role includes:
* Tracking and analyzing key KPIs
* Partnering with leadership on pricing, unit economics, and growth forecasts
* Providing financial modeling and support for fundraising and board reporting
* Preparing and presenting financial statements in compliance with standards
* Leading budgeting, variance analysis, and cost/revenue optimization
* Monitoring cash flow and creating forecasts
* Developing financial strategies with senior leadership
* Ensuring tax compliance, managing audits, and staying updated on regulations
* Managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes
* Implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing systems
* Delivering financial reports to stakeholders and communicating complex data effectively
* Collaborating with the Executive team on operational evaluations
The Candidate:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience
* Alternatively, qualified by experience with sector-relevant 10+ years of experience
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Manager, preferably in SaaS or IT/Tech
* Strong stakeholder management and Excel/Xero skills
* Comprehensive accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
