We're a growing solar power company dedicated to delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions. To support our busy operations team, we're looking for a proactive Office Assistant who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

* Answering calls and providing friendly, professional support to our customers.

* Organising scaffolding for upcoming solar installations.

* Preparing handover packs for completed solar projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* Managing paperwork and processes relating to NAPIT and MCS, making sure all installs meet industry standards.

* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks to keep projects on track.

What we're looking for:

* Minimum 1 year's experience as an Office Assistant within a solar power company (essential).

* Experience dealing with NAPIT and MCS processes and requirements.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

* Proficient with basic computer systems (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).

* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
